A ER | Add Enhanced ISDN Routing (Administrator) |
A ER PR:xx [par:val] |
It adds a new EIR (Enhanced ISDN Router) routing with PR:xx priority and eventually sets the indicated parameters to the specified values. Not specified parameters are set to default values.
EIR routings table can store up to 100 routing definitions, so the priority value must be in the interval [0 - 99].
If a routing with "PR:xx" is already present in the table, it will get "PR:xx+1" priority.
If "PR:xx" is higher than the maximum (highest) priority currently present in the table, new EIR routing priority will be the (maximum) highest incremented by one.
If the EIR routings table is full and a new routing is asked to be added, an error message is generated: "EIR ROUTING TABLE IS FULL, COMMAND NOT EXECUTED".
Changes made on the EIR routings table are not immediately active. For activating them, it is needed to execute the initialization command INIT ER.
If the Abilis CPX version, currently in use, does not support EIR services, the following message will be shown "EIR SERVICE NOT PRESENT".
C ER | Clear Enhanced ISDN Routing (Administrator) |
C ER PR:xx |
It deletes an EIR (Enhanced ISDN Router) routing from the homonymous table. Priority value must be in the interval [0 - 99].
Priority of remaining routings, if higher than the removed one, is decremented because of table contiguity.
If the specified routing is not present in the table, the message "EIR ROUTING NOT PRESENT" is generated. If the table is empty, then "EIR ROUTING TABLE IS EMPTY" will be displayed.
Changes made on the EIR routings table are not immediately active. For activating them, it is needed to execute the initialization command INIT ER.
If the Abilis CPX version, currently in use, does not support EIR services, the following message will be shown "EIR SERVICE NOT PRESENT".
D ER | Display Enhanced ISDN Routing (User) |
D ER D ER PR:xx |
It shows the EIR (Enhanced ISDN Router) routings table. Information is shown in a short format.
This short representation will not display information about parameters set to their default values. Such information is displayed only if the parameters are set to not default values. In this way representation of one EIR routing is usually contained in a row.
If priority is omitted, the command will show all the routings correctly present in the table. Here is an example of the command execution:
[18:56:10] ABILIS CPX: D ER ---+----+---------+--------+--------+--------------------+-------------------- PR |TYPE|NEXT |POI/SR |POO/DS |CDI |CDO | |ID-DT-MC/SP-VOL-LVOL-SC |CGI |CGO | | |SDI |SDO | | |SGI |SGO | |TI1 .. By specifying a priority value, the command will show the routing identified by specified priority. Priority value must be in the interval [0 - 99]. If the specified priority does not match any routing present in the table, the message "EIR ROUTING NOT PRESENT" is generated.
If the EIR routings table is empty, the following message will be displayed "EIR ROUTING TABLE IS EMPTY".
If the Abilis CPX version, currently in use, does not support EIR services, the following message will be shown "EIR SERVICE NOT PRESENT".
For a more detailed description of the displayed information, please refer to the Configuration of EIR Connections section.

M ER | Move Enhanced ISDN Routing (Administrator) |
M ER PR:xx PR:yy |
It changes the EIR (Enhanced ISDN Router) routing priority from the value "PR:xx" to the "PR:yy" one.
By consequence its position inside the EIR routings table will be changed. Other definitions present in the table are re-sorted because of table contiguity.
Priority value must be in the interval [0 - 99]. If the specified priority does not match any routing present in the table, the message "EIR ROUTING NOT PRESENT" is generated.
If the routing table is empty, the following message will be displayed "EIR ROUTING TABLE IS EMPTY".
Changes made on the EIR routings table are not immediately active. For activating them, it is needed to execute the initialization command INIT ER
If the Abilis CPX version, currently in use, does not support EIR services, the following message will be shown "EIR SERVICE NOT PRESENT".
S ER | Set Enhanced ISDN Routing |
S ER PR:xx par:val [par:val] |
It sets parameters of the EIR (Enhanced ISDN Router) routing identified by "PR:xx" to their new values.
Priority value must be in the interval [0 - 99]. If the specified priority does not match any routing present in the table, the message "EIR ROUTING NOT PRESENT" is generated.
If the routing table is empty, the following message will be displayed "EIR ROUTING TABLE IS EMPTY".
The parameter list, defined in the command, is left to right evaluated: the parameters are set one after the other, starting from the leftmost. Command evaluating will terminate if one the following events will occur:
All the parameters evaluated, before the error occurrence, will get the new value, the other ones will not be changed.
Changes made on the EIR routings table are not immediately active. For activating them, it is needed to execute the initialization command INIT ER
If the Abilis CPX version, currently in use, does not support EIR services, the following message will be shown "EIR SERVICE NOT PRESENT".
A EG | Add Enhanced ISDN group (Administrator) |
A EG ID:xx [par:val] |
It adds a new EIR (Enhanced ISDN Router) group identified by "ID:xx" and it sets the parameters, eventually indicated, to the specified values. Not specified parameters are set to default values.
EIR groups table can store up to 31 definitions, so the identifiers specified must be in the interval [1 - 31].
If an EIR group, whose ID is already present in the table, is going to be added, an error message will be displayed "EIR GROUP ALREADY EXISTS".
If the EIR groups table is full and a new group is asked to be added, an error message is generated: "EIR GROUP TABLE IS FULL, COMMAND NOT EXECUTED".
Changes made on the EIR groups table are not immediately active. For activating them, it is needed to execute the initialization command INIT ER
If the Abilis CPX version, currently in use, does not support EIR services, the following message will be shown "EIR SERVICE NOT PRESENT".
C EG | Clear Enhanced ISDN group (Administrator) |
C EG ID:xx |
It deletes the EIR (Enhanced ISDN Router) group identified by "ID:xx", if present.
EIR groups table can store up to 31 definitions, so the identifiers specified must be in the interval [1 - 31].
Identifiers of remaining EIR groups, if higher than the removed one, will not decremented because of table contiguity. The deleted definition frees a place in the table that won't be displayed by the execution of the command D EG.
If the specified entry is not present in the table, the error message "EIR GROUP NOT PRESENT" will be generated.
If the EIR groups table is empty, the following message will be displayed "EIR GROUP TABLE IS EMPTY".
Changes made on the EIR groups table are not immediately active. For activating them, it is needed to execute the initialization command INIT ER
If the Abilis CPX version, currently in use, does not support EIR services, the following message will be shown "EIR SERVICE NOT PRESENT".
D EG | Display Enhanced ISDN group (User) |
D EG D EG ID:xx |
It shows the EIR (Enhanced ISDN Router) groups table.
If the group identifier is omitted, the command will show all the EIR groups correctly present in the table. Groups definitions may not have sequential identifiers, that is the not shown values are free places in the table. Here is an example of the command execution:
[15:46:31] ABILIS_CPX: D EG ID: SC: R: |P1 P2 P3 P4 |P5 P6 P7 P8 |P9 P10 P11 P12 |P13 P14 P15 P16 -----------|----------------|----------------|----------------|--------------- 1 R NOR|280 281 . . |. . . . |. . . . |. . . . -----------|----------------|----------------|----------------|--------------- 2 R NOR|282 283 . . |. . . . |. . . . |. . . . -----------|----------------|----------------|----------------|--------------- 5 P LNA|. . . . |. . . . |. . . . |. . . . -----------|----------------|----------------|----------------|---------------
By specifying a group identifier, the command will show the requested group only, of course if it is present in the table. The specified identifier must be in the interval [1 - 31].
If the requested EIR group is not present in the table, an error message is generated: "EIR GROUP NOT PRESENT".
If the EIR groups table is empty, the following message will be displayed "EIR GROUP TABLE IS EMPTY".
If the Abilis CPX version, currently in use, does not support EIR services, the following message will be shown "EIR SERVICE NOT PRESENT".
For a more detailed description of the displayed information, please refer to the Configuration of EIR groupssection.
S EG | Set Enhanced ISDN group (Administrator) |
S EG ID:xx par:val [par:val] |

If the requested EIR group is not present in the table, an error message is generated: "EIR GROUP NOT PRESENT".
If the EIR groups table is empty, the following message will be displayed "EIR GROUP TABLE IS EMPTY".
The parameter list, defined in the command, is left to right evaluated: the parameters are set one after the other, starting from the leftmost. Command evaluating will terminate if one the following events will occur:
All the parameters evaluated, before the error occurrence, will get the new value, the other ones will not be changed.
Changes made on the EIR groups table are not immediately active. For activating them, it is needed to execute the initialization command INIT ER

[18:41:46] ABILIS_CPX: D EID +----------+---------+----------+-------+ | Id: | IntRef: | MaxConn: | Used: | +----------+---------+----------+-------+ | CLUS_1 | 1 [01] | 32 | 1 | | CLUS_2 | 2 [02] | 1 | 2 | +----------+---------+----------+-------+
EIR Cluster identifier table can store up to 233 definitions (from 1 to 233). Definitions may not be sequential, that is the not shown values represent free places in the table.
If the table is empty, the message "EID TABLE IS EMPTY" is generated.
If the Abilis CPX version, currently in use, does not support EIR services, the following message will be shown "EIR SERVICE NOT PRESENT".
For a more detailed description of the displayed information, please refer to the Identifiers of remote EIR clusters section.
S EID | Set remote Enhanced ISDN Router identifiers (Administrator) |
S EID ID:name MAXCONN:xx |
It makes possible to set the parameter "MAXCONN:" associated to the specified (Enhanced ISDN Router) cluster identifier. This parameter indicates the maximum number of connections on B channels, that can be opened on that (Enhanced ISDN Router) cluster. The "MAXCONN:" value must be in the range [0 -32].
If the table does not contain any entry identifier by the mnemonic "ID:name", the following message will be shown: "EIR IDENTIFIER NOT PRESENT".
If the table is empty, the message "EID TABLE IS EMPTY" is generated.
Changes made on the EIR cluster identifiers table are immediately active. it is not needed to execute any initialization command.

A TDM | Add TDM switch (Administrator) |
A TDM PR:xx [par:val] |
It adds a new definition of TDM switch with priority "PR:xx" and it can eventually set the indicated parameters to the specified values. Not specified parameters are set to their default values.
The TDM switches table can store up to 64 definitions, therefore the specified priority value must be in the interval [0 - 63].
The TDM switches table is automatically maintained with consecutive indexes of priority, that is without "empty" places. Therefore every action of deleting or insertion makes the system to reorder all the indexes succeeding the referred one.
If a TDM switch, whose "PR:xx" is already present in the table, its priority will be increased by one, i.e. it will be "PR:xx+1".
If "PR:xx" is higher than the maximum priority currently present in the table, new definition will get the maximum value incremented by one.
If the TDM switches table is full and a new definition is going to be added, the following message will be generated: "TDM SWITCH TABLE IS FULL, COMMAND NOT EXECUTED".
Changes made on the TDM switches table are not immediately active. For activating them, it is needed to execute the initialization command INIT TDM.
C TDM | Clear TDM switch (Administrator) |
C TDM PR:xx |
It deletes from the TDM switches table the definition identified by "PR:xx" Priority value must be in the interval [0 - 63].
Priority of remaining switch, if higher than the removed one, is decremented because of table contiguity.
If the specified entry is not present in the TDM switches table, the message "TDM SWITCH ENTRY NOT PRESENT" will be shown.
If the table is empty the following message will be generated: "TDM SWITCH TABLE IS EMPTY".
Changes made on the TDM switches table are not immediately active. For activating them, it is needed to execute the initialization command INIT TDM.
D TDM | Display TDM switch (User) |
D TDM D TDM PR:xx |
It shows the current content of the TDM switches table.
If the priority value is omitted, the command will show all the definitions currently present in the table. Here is an example of the command execution:
