Extractor 6.0.0 did not extract files .dat created with collector 6.0.0, it was able to extract only older versions.

Collector, Extractor:
- Added support for new elements ACNT_IE_USER_IN and ACNT_IE_USER_OUT. They contains the Abilis users involved in the call. If a CTIP or a CLUS is not assigned to a user the field is empty.
- Added support for new elements ACNT_IE_RG_IN and ACNT_IE_RG_OUT. They respectively contain the Redirecting Calling Number of the input and output side of the call.
- The new simple.dat file format is changed, collector converts automatically the simple.dat of older versions. Extractor can extract older versions too.
